Registration

Your registration for the conference will be final once we have received both the registration form and the actual payment. Registration will be confirmed by email or fax.

Methods of payment

Both payment by credit card and through bank transfer are accepted in Dutch Guilders (only). Purchase orders, checks, vouchers or telephone reservations will not be accepted.

Credit card
Please fill out credit card details on the registration form. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, American Express, Eurocard/Mastercard. Note that this form resides on our secure server!

Bank transfer
To assign the payment to your registration, please ensure that your name, company name and invoice number are clearly visible on the the transfer form. If this is not the case, the sum paid will be refunded.
You will receive a confirmation of your registration details together with a pro forma invoice by email or fax. Please use the invoice number on the pro forma invoice.

Registration fees

The early registration deadline is April 7, 2000. Paid registrations received after April 7, 2000 will be charged an extra fee.

All fees are payable in Dutch Guilders and include 17,5% VAT.

Member fee

The member fee applies to current NLUUG members and members of USENIX, SAGE and other National Unix Users Groups (NaLUUG's) like: AFUU, AIUUG, AUUG, ch/open, CSUUG, DKUUG, EurOpen.CZ, EurOpen.SE, FUUG, GURU, GUUG, HrOpen, HUUG, i2u, ICEUUG, IUUG, NUUG, OTA, PUUG, SAGE-AU, TNUUG, TUUG, UKUUG and UUGA.

Student fee

Regarding the technical sessions (on May 24-25, 2000), all full-time students will be charged a special fee of NLG 250 (after April 7th, 2000 NLG 300). A copy of the current student ID card is required with the registration. (Fax +31 (0)20 6950018).
There is no special student fee for the tutorials.

Non-member fee

The non-members fee applies to all persons who are no full-time student or no member of one of the National Unix Users Groups mentioned above.

Confirmation

After receipt of your registration, you will receive a preliminary confirmation with a pro forma invoice by email or fax only.
On receipt of your payment, you will receive the final confirmation.
Conference materials and a receipt will be given to you at the registration desk on May 22-25, 2000 (see opening hours below).

If you are unable to register before May 14, 2000 (closing date!), you may register at the registration desk during opening hours.

Welcome receptions

On Sunday, Monday and Tuesday (May 21th, 22nd, and 23rd - 07:00 p.m. till 09:00 p.m.), you are most welcome to join the pre-registration and welcome receptions. You can register for the tutorial & conference days and have a drink with other attendees.

Conference dinner

You should not miss the conference dinner! This delightful event will take place Wednesday evening (May 24th).
The conference fees (not the tutorial fees) include admission to the conference dinner.

Costs for people who want to attend the conference dinner only are NLG 130 incl. VAT.

Cancellation policy

If you must cancel, all refund requests must be in writing with a signature, and postmarked no later than May 5, 2000. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after May 5, 2000. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. You may substitute another person in your place. Mail the conference office for details: <sane2000-info@nluug.nl>
