On average, the weather in September is pretty nice. On good days a shirt is enough while walking outside, though in the evenings it will cool down, so a sweater and/or a coat is generally a good idea. Some precipitation is common.
Average temperatures are around 20° C (65° F) daytime and around 9° C (48° F) nighttime. However, it's not unusual for that time of the year to be in the mid twenties °C (high seventies °F).
