Registration

Your registration for the conference will be considered final once we have received BOTH the registration form and the actual payment. Registration will be confirmed by email or fax.

Methods of payment

Both payment by credit card and through bank transfer are accepted in Dutch Guilders (only). Purchase orders, checks, vouchers or telephone reservations will not be accepted.

Credit card

Please fill out credit card details on the form, including expiration date. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, American Express, Eurocard/Mastercard.

Please transfer your payment to:

To assign the payment to your registration, please ensure that your name and company name are clearly visible on the transfer form. We advise you not to send money by bank transfer after October 30, 1998, because your payment will not reach our office in time. In this case, it is better to pay by credit card.

Registration fees

The early registration deadline is October 19, 1998. Paid registrations received after October 19, 1998 will be charged an extra fee.

All fees are payable in Dutch Guilders and include 17,5% VAT.

Member fee

The member fee applies to current NLUUG members and members of USENIX and other National Unix Users Groups (NaLUUG's) like: AFUU, AIUUG, AUUG, ch/open, CSUUG, DKUUG, EurOpen.CZ, EurOpen.SE, FUUG, GURU, GUUG, HrOpen, HUUG, i2u, ICEUUG, IUUG, NUUG, OTA, PUUG, SAGE-AU, TNUUG, TUUG, UKUUG and UUGA.

Students

Regarding the conference days (November 19-20, 1998), full-time students will be charged a special fee of NLG 160 (after October 19th, 1998 NLG 195). A copy of the current student ID card is required with the registration.
There is no special student fee for the tutorials.

Confirmation

After receipt of both registration AND payment, you will receive confirmation by e-mail or fax. Conference materials and a receipt will be given to you at the registration desk on November 17-19, 1998 (see opening hours below).

On-site registration

If you are unable to register before the conference date, you may register at the registration desk during opening hours.

Tutorial & Welcome receptions

On Tuesday (November 17th - 07:00 p.m. till 09:00 p.m.), you are most welcome to join the pre-registration and tutorial reception. You can register for the tutorial day & conference, and have a drink and talk with other attendees.

On Wednesday (November 18th - 07:00 p.m. till 09:00 p.m.), you are invited to join the welcome reception and pre-registration for the conference days.

Conference dinner

You should not miss the conference dinner! This delightful event will take place Thursday evening (November 19th). Do not forget to sign up in advance.

Costs for the conference dinner are NLG 120 incl. VAT.

Cancellation policy

If you must cancel, all refund requests must be in writing with a signature, and postmarked no later than November 6, 1998. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after November 6, 1998. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. You may substitute another person in your place. Mail the conference office for details: <sane98-info@nluug.nl>
